We just love this funky little Kitchen Craft blowtorch - which will make creme brulees to be proud of. It has a piezo trigger ignition, a refillable cylinder (supplied empty) and safety adjustable anti-flare flame which works at all angles. The 15cc refillable cylinder uses butane gas.
